He ended his career as General Manager of

He spent his entire career working in the field of Water and Wastewater planning and design, working as a consulting engineer the majority of his career, on projects throughout the Western US, with many in Southern California. He ended his career as General Manager of the Moulton Niguel Water District in Orange County California, a district that provided water, wastewater and recycled water services to approximately 200,000 people. Bob and his wife Carolyn moved permanently to North Idaho in 2012. Bob enjoys pretty much anything outside, including yard work, skiing, walking and hiking. One of his hobbies, as well as a necessity in North Idaho, is working on anything mechanical associated with his yard, house, or watercraft.

Dave worked in construction as a carpenter for 47 ½ years just south of Portland, OR. Throughout his career, we worked to become a foreman, superintendent and then project manager. Dave has been active on both the Mountain Springs Water Corporation board the Golden Meadows HOA for many years. When asked about the water that MSWC provides, Dave stated “When we were looking at our home here, one of the first things I did before buying was to taste the water, it was pure mountain water. We were sold!”.
