Austin assists in the day-to-day operations of the corporation, and does all utility locates for the company. Austin has been a small business owner in the community and is able to bring his business management perspective to MSWC. He has also served on a number of boards and organizations in his professional life working for the Idaho Governor's Office of Species Conservation. He is committed to bettering the corporation, assisting the board of directors with their goals and objectives, conserving our amazing water and providing quality customer service to the members of Mountain Springs.
Jennifer is the secretary of Mountain Springs Water Corporation. Jennifer has 7 years of experience in administrative-related work, as well as 8 years in environmental and industrial hygiene testing, analysis, and planning in both the public and private sectors.
Her and her husband have raised three boys in the greater Sandpoint area.

Michelle was raised in Sandpoint, and although she has lived in several states, Idaho has always been her home. Michelle raised 5 children in Sandpoint and has been working for the city of Sandpoint for the past 20 years. She enjoys hiking, biking, and paddle boarding. Summer is her favorite time of the year, and she feels blessed to work and live in such a beautiful area.
Tim is a Licensed Water Operator for Mountain Springs Water Corporation. Tim currently holds a Class 3 Drinking Water Treatment license, Class 2 Water Distribution license, and a Back-flow Assembly Tester license. Tim has been in the water industry since 2016 and looks forward to continuing to provide safe, clean drinking water for many

He is a fourth-generation Sagle resident and is proud, with the help of his wife, to be raising two children on land that his great- grandparents homesteaded. He is truly blessed to call this place home. In his free time, Tim enjoys camping with his family and has a strong passion for hunting and the outdoors.
Greg grew up in Coeur d’Alene and Kamiah. Then he attended Carroll College in Helena, MT where he met his wife, Connie, who grew up in Priest River. He completed a Mechanical Engineering Degree at the University of Southern California. After working for a few years in the oil and gas fields of Oklahoma and Texas, they moved to the Seatt

Greg worked for Boeing for 31 years; the last 15 years as a design/test engineer in the Hydraulic Systems Group for the 747 and 787 airplanes. They moved back to Northern Idaho to their new home on Comeback Bay Lane when Greg retired in 2017.
At that time Greg became involved with Mountain Springs Water to help with system maintenance and water sampling. He served on the Board from 2018 – 2022. Greg enjoys his retirement life, hiking, boating, hunting, fishing, skiing, and scuba diving.
